LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lancaster County offered people with outstanding misdemeanor warrants a chance to clear them without arrest during a âWarrant Wipeoutâ event Thursday at the Lancaster County Courtrooms. Ninety-eight people showed up, allowing them to resolve their warrants and avoid potential arrest during the holiday season.
